Ken and his business partner, Natalie Jump began working with M&M Mars in the early 2000's, conducting Retirement Seminars with Mars HR Associates in the Chicagoland area.
Since those seminars, Ken and Natalie have focused their practice to work primarily with Associates at Mars,
Wrigley, Royal Canin, Kellanova, Mars Petcare, Mars Snacking, Dove, Kind, Tufru and other Mars Brands.
