Nick Hixenbaugh joins Professional Wealth Advisors as Employee Relations Manager. He brings more than 12 years of experience in operations and management, along with over three years of leadership experience in management and human resources within the mental health industry. Nick is focused on fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting team development, and helping create an environment where employees feel valued, connected, and empowered to succeed. His background in both operations and people management allows him to approach employee relations with a thoughtful, solutions-oriented perspective centered on communication and collaboration.
As a graduate of Concordia University, Nick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communications. He resides in Warrenville with his wife, Sahara. Outside of work, Nick has a passion for linguistics and storytelling and enjoys writing short stories and novellas, reading, gaming, and spending time with his dogs, Maple and Mouse.
